Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, repair air conditioning systems, central air units, split systems, and other cooling systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections of AC systems to identify potential issues. Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and determine appropriate repairs.
  • Perform necessary repairs to AC systems, including replacing defective components, recharging refrigerants, and ensuring systems operate efficiently.
  • Recommend and implement upgrades or modifications to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
  • Develop, follow a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure systems remain in optimal working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used, time spent, and any additional recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain the nature of the problem, the work performed, and any future maintenance recommendations.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.Assists, or performs solo when needed, general and detailed cleaning of all interior and exterior spaces.
  • Other duties as assigned. 


Skills

Required Educational Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in HVAC or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AC maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and tolerate various weather conditions.
