The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s warehouse. The Warehouse Supervisor will be monitoring and assisting with the receipt and handling of goods moving through the warehouse and the delivery to customers. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, directly impacting our ability to meet customer expectations and maintain high standards of service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse Team.
- Managing the warehouse distribution Team.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and conduct regular safety audits.
- Supervising and managing day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
- Monitoring and updating orders from suppliers.
- Ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Overseeing inventory management, including regular cycle counts and annual audits.
- Implementing inventory control procedures to optimize storage and prevent loss.
- Liaising with customers to meet their requirements and exceeding expectations.
- Coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal Teams for smooth operations.
- Managing returns, warranty claims, and product exchanges.
- Collaborating with vendors for product returns, repairs, or replacements.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in a technology company warehouse will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Navision or similar ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
- Certification in warehouse management or logistics will be considered an advantage.
