The Role:

The Waiter – Italian Restaurant is accountable for providing all guests with courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the Lombard operating concept, brand promise and Hyatt International standards.

Some of the key responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests, according to the established standards of performance and service sequence established for the outlet.
• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Prepare the outlet for operation, including setting and resetting tables, light cleaning and other assigned tasks.
