The Business Development Center (BDC) is looking for an experienced Training Manager to design, develop, and implement training programs for external clients. This role focuses on ensuring training aligns with market needs and industry standards while leading efforts in curriculum design, accreditation, and revenue generation. The Training Manager will collaborate with internal teams to enhance learning effectiveness and drive business growth through innovative training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs tailored to client needs and industry standards.
- Build and manage a team of trainers, ensuring effective program execution and continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with advisory and consulting teams to integrate training solutions into broader service offerings.
- Lead curriculum development and accreditation processes to enhance program credibility.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote training programs and generate revenue.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and secure necessary accreditations.
- Work with subject matter experts to create customized training content and workshops.
- Stay updated on the latest training methodologies and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Requirements & Desired Skills:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in training management, curriculum development, and business development.
- Accreditation & Compliance: Strong knowledge of accreditation processes and regulatory standards.
- Revenue Growth: Experience in commercializing training programs and driving business growth.
- Training Methods: Proficiency in instructional design, e-learning, and modern training methodologies.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Ability to work across departments and with external clients.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
