Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Evaluating and forecasting material requirements using software systems (ERP)
- Coordinating with procurement teams to ensure adequate supply of materials
- Create purchase requests with procurement department based on the agreed-on lead time with supplier
- Maintaining accurate record of inventory and ensuring that it aligns with physical stock
- Implementing strategies for inventory management to prevent shortages and excesses
- Conducting regular reviews of material demand and supply to make necessary adjustments
- Working closely with cross-functional teams for product development and production planning and participate in new launch product plans
- Analyzing net required demand, inventory and recommend production plan (Quantities & Time)
- Maintaining enough products inventory to meet demands without overstocking
- Create Supply Plans for 3 Months and share with stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal departments like operations, production and other supply chain department team members
- Make sure that the items are received and released
- Ensuring timely delivery of products and update delivery plans for all shipment monthly basis
- Handling internal shipping process between Hikma Jordan sites
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
Experience:
0-1 years relevant experience in a GMP/Manufacturing facility.
