As a Telecom Network Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations as a member of our Carrier Relations Team, ensuring our telecom infrastructure is rock-solid and future-proof. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Setting up, managing and optimizing telecom infrastructure, including Points of Presence (PoPs) and interconnections.
• Automating repetitive tasks and creating seamless workflows using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Working closely with telecom carriers to integrate resources like DIDs and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance to keep our uptime stellar (think 99.9999999%+ 😅).
• Documenting infrastructure setups so the team is always on the same page and future-ready.

We’re not looking for perfection, but we’d love to find someone who shares our passion for building great systems. Here’s what would make you stand out:

• Experience with telecom protocols like SIP, VoIP, and TCP/IP, plus solid network management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar for automation and deployments.
• A knack for scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) and working in Linux environments.
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Bonus Points: If you’ve worked with global CCaaS systems like Avaya, Cisco, Genesys or others, we’d love to hear about it!
