Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talent within the banking and financial services industry.
    • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and technical requirements for roles in banking and finance.
    • Act as a subject-matter expert on talent acquisition best practices, trends, and challenges within the banking sector.
    • Advise and guide hiring managers on market conditions, candidate expectations, and diversity & inclusion strategies.
    • Maintain a high level of candidate engagement, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by offering guidance and support from initial contact to offer acceptance.
    • Continuously monitor the banking sector to stay up-to-date on industry trends, skillsets in demand, and competitor hiring strategies.
    • Build and nurture a network of qualified candidates within the banking domain, particularly for hard-to-fill technical roles.
    • Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment activities and metrics.
    • Analyze recruitment data to improve strategies and identify opportunities for process optimization.
