Technical Service Officer

Responsipilities:

• Assist in providing technical support to customers on the application and usage of rigid foam polyurethane products
• Conduct product trials and demonstrations at customer sites under the guidance of the direct manager
• Help troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues reported by customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide technical insights
• Assist in reporting on product performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any related field with experience preferably in the Polyurethane industry or the chemical manufacturing industry
• 1:3 years of experience preferably in chemicals
• Good command of the English Language
• Very good at MS Office applications (Excel, PP, Word, etc.)
• Good communication/negotiation skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships internally and externally
