Job Description

  • Supervise all recruitment activities and ensure closing all vacancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain healthy pool of candidates to ensure efficiency in closing recruitment needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant entities
  • Provide periodical progress reports
  • Provide analysis on recruitment activities and suggest actionable steps to retain talents
  • Provide and implement action plan to reduce turn over while providing analysis on reasons for such

Skills

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in (Talent Acquisition and Retention Supervisor, Recruitment Supervisor) in a large organization
  • Efficient and results driven
  • Have deep knowledge in recruitment KPIs in addition to analysis and reporting
  • Have strong English language (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Preferable experience in Mena Curio
