We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team in Jordan office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting efforts and helping us attract top talent in the Middle-East region.
We will count on you to:
- Be an expert and partner with a range of great people across multiple businesses to understand their needs.
- Be curious to learn our business and understand their needs to scout the best talent.
- Effectively manage the end-to-end process of 20-25 requisitions (alongside our Recruitment Coordinators who cover all administrative work).
- Use your direct sourcing techniques to present a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers.
- Be meticulous about moving candidates through the recruitment process.
- Keep up to date with local market trends and analysis.
What you need to have:
- 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
- Good command of English.
- Strong knowledge of social media, search/innovative sourcing techniques.
- A true passion for Talent Acquisition, attraction, and experience.
