Key Accountability
- Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, and basic Linux troubleshooting.
- Enterprise Applications: Hands-on experience managing and supporting Office 365, Active Directory, and enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, VPN solutions, etc.).
- SCCM: Experience with deploying, managing, and troubleshooting SCCM for software distribution, patch management, and OS imaging.
- WSUS: Proficiency in configuring and managing WSUS for Windows updates.
- Citrix: Experience in supporting and managing Citrix environments (VDI, virtual applications, remote access solutions).
- Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages for automation and administration.
- Project Management: Ability to manage IT projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee IT implementations.
- Networking: Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting.
- IT Security: Understanding of endpoint security, antivirus software, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and access control policies.
- Helpdesk & ITSM Tools: Experience using ticketing systems
- IT Asset & Software Management: Knowledge of IT asset tracking, software licensing, and patch management best practices.
- Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of Windows 10 / WIN 11, Office 365, active directory, video conferencing,
- Familiarity with Problem Troubleshooting Techniques & Implementation of Automated Trouble Ticketing
