Job Description

As a Strategy Consultant at the Manager level, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, working closely with top management and C-suite executives of leading organizations across diverse industries. Your role will involve developing strategic roadmaps, market entry, and expansion strategies, and guiding clients through transformation and growth initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of strategic management, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Additionally, experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is essential for this role, as you will be engaging with clients and projects specific to the region.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement:
    • Collaborate with top management (preferably C-suite) of clients in various sectors including Government and Public, Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their strategic goals are met.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop comprehensive strategy roadmaps, growth/market entry/expansion strategies, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Lead and deliver on high-impact strategic projects such as Commercial Due Diligence, Transformation, and developmental strategies.
  • Market Analysis and Research:
    • Utilize various tools for market analysis, forecasting, research, and portfolio optimization.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough market research and analysis.
  • Team and People Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams to leverage expertise and resources for client projects.
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal methodologies and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Management, Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or similar.
    • Degree from top local universities or overseas education from top-tier universities.
  • Experience:
    • At least 10-15 years of experience, with proven experience in strategy consulting, preferably with firms like BCG, Bain, McKinsey, or reputable boutique firms.
    • Proven managerial experience in a client-facing and people management role.
    • Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is mandatory, with a strong understanding of the local business environment, culture, and regulations.
