- Gather data, identify trends and work on impactful plans that guide our bank鈥檚 next big steps.
- Monitor the execution of the bank's strategic initiatives to ensure long-term and sustainable growth, competitiveness, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and cascade initiatives and objectives to implement strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Regularly review and report on the progress of strategic goals to the Strategy Manager.
