Job Description

Role Summary


This role focuses on driving rider engagement and experience across Jordan through surveys, activities, and data-driven improvements. It also supports communication efforts for acquiring new riders, ensuring messaging is clear, aligned, and impactful. A key part of the role is strengthening talabat’s positioning within the rider community through targeted communications. As well as establishing talabat’s dedicated online presence for riders, building a strong engaged rider community on Facebook and Instagram, significantly boosting visibility and growth.


Role Scope


  • Manage and execute a variety of engagement initiatives, including social events, sports activities, performance programs, cultural campaigns, and CSR efforts.


  • Leverage rider feedback (internally generated and through surveys) to shape and inform engagement activities, ensuring they are aligned with rider needs.


  • Analyze rider data (such as survey results, labor turnover, etc.) to identify trends, drive action, and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement activities.


  • Create campaigns and ads to grow the fleet and better position the rider job at talabat, attracting new riders to join the fleet.


  • Support the 3PL management team in maintaining strong relationships with 3PLs, ensuring engagement needs are met and churn is minimized.


  • Manage and improve talabat’s social media presence and pages, ensuring engaging and relevant content for the rider community.


  • Work closely with the creative team to develop visually compelling content that aligns with the brand and resonates with riders.


  • Work closely with regional teams and other countries to share insights and best practices for rider engagement.


  • Partner with external organizations to create valuable rider-focused partnerships, providing benefits for our fleet and driving mutual value.



Qualifications

What Did We Order?


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in marketing or visual communications.


  • 6+ years of work experience in high-growth startups, tech companies, or consulting.


  • Strong Google Sheets and data management skills.


  • SQL knowledge is a big plus.


  • You are a doer and a free thinker, adaptable to change and willing to question the status quo when needed.


  • Strong team player who fits well within the team and the company culture.


  • Make-it-happen attitude, ensuring results are achieved regardless of obstacles.


  • Professional in Canva and ad creation, with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.


  • Creative, with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to life.
