Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality processes, a knack for ensuring seamless functionality across browsers and devices, and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective quality assurance processes to ensure product excellence.
  • Conduct thorough testing across various browsers and devices to guarantee a consistent user experience.
  • Write detailed, clear, and actionable tasks for developers and project managers.
  • Perform in-depth research to identify and resolve issues, contributing to the overall quality of the product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring open and clear communication to facilitate project success.
  • Utilize automation tools (preferably Cypress) to optimize testing processes and improve efficiency.
 

Skills

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and testing processes.
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies, including cross-browser and cross-device testing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
  • Experience with automation tools, with a preference for Cypress.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
