Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
  • Know and understand the client business environment in terms of timing, key priorities, budgets, decision-making process, etc
  • Provide the sector lead and product managers with status reports on business opportunities (accurate forecast and pipeline).
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
  • Gather and analyze information on client IT Needs and promote STS products to meet the client’s needs.
  • Arrange for presentation by relevant sales staff to the client.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Understanding of our products and services offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
  • Gather and analyze relevant information on competitive products within the account and promote STS substitutes to the client.
  • Work and coordinate with the Marketing team and customers on events.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Professional updates verbally and emails sure a major role in CRM.
