Role Summary
We’re looking for a Campaign Specialist to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “talabat mart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!
You are responsible to assist the Trade Campaign Manager and coordinate events to promote a particular project, including advertising initiatives and marketing campaigns. Your duty also includes coordinating the efforts of various stakeholders and marketing roles, and assisting on developing strategic plans for communicating a brand message.
What’s On Your Plate?
● Support with daily executions of planned campaigns and calendar in alignment with the country trade manager.
● Work closely with different stakeholders on opportunities to grow sales and surface assortments and promotions.
● Support category management team with creative production for trade-driving campaigns and post campaign analysis and assessment.
● Set up media assets in app inc. campaign landing pages, banners and boosted SKUs.
● Assist in planning and executing tailored and targeted campaigns to drive growth.
● Coordinate between commercial teams and marketing teams to align on featured promotions and products. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content to drive brand awareness, sessions, new customer acquisition and orders.
● Managing day to day commercial operational tasks.
● Up to date with local market innovations and trends.
What Did We Order?
● Experience with E-commerce/FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus.
● Ability to manage complexity and be comfortable with ambiguity.
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - experience in a matrixed, high growth, fast paced company will be valued.
● Strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization software is a plus (Looker, Tableau) ● Good communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
● You have strong communication skills both in English and Arabic.
