Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven Backend Software Engineer to join our innovative team. If you are passionate about building robust backend systems, have a strong foundation in PHP and Laravel, and are enthusiastic about integrating AI into modern applications, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using PHP and Laravel.
  • Implement and enforce software design patterns to ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools and techniques into backend systems.
  • Apply a basic understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques to enhance AI-driven solutions.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code to solve challenging problems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align on requirements and project goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging backend and AI technologies to propose and implement improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in backend development with a strong focus on PHP and Laravel frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns and best practices.
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools and technologies, with a passion for exploring AI-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of basic RAG techniques and their application in backend development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to writing clean, maintainable code.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
