Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showrooms.


The ideal candidate will manage a team of sales associates, ensure excellent customer service, optimize sales strategies, and maintain an attractive and functional showroom. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, training staff, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales & Customer Service:
    • Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Team Management:
    • Train, and supervise a team of sales associates.
    • Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
    • Schedule staff shifts and ensure appropriate coverage during peak times.
  • Showroom Operations:
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
    • Ensure that all displays are up-to-date and reflect the company’s brand and product offerings.
    • Oversee inventory management, including receiving shipments, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with warehouse staff.
    • Manage showroom expenses within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Marketing & Promotions:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and sales campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Leverage digital tools and social media to attract new customers and promote showroom events.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
    • Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve showroom performance.



RequirementsQualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Showroom Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role not  less than 3 years  .
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Retail Management.
