Shift Supervisor at Aqaba site

Arab Potash Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of Handling Operations at our Aqaba Site. The successful candidate will ensure the effective and continuous supply of products, supervise operational activities, and oversee the movement of materials within the site.

• Supervise, coordinate, communicate and following up all the assigned tasks for   the relevant activities of handling and operation in term of receiving, storing stacking, loading, and unloading products
• Execute effectively all plans of handling operations and promptly response for changes to verify workflow.
• Continuous following up with maintenance, quality, shipping section and Safi site to verify work continuity and address for any deviations related to work progress) equipment readiness, storage and quality requirements   and) draught survey
•   Continuous following up to achieve the relevant key performance indicators for handling operation process.
• Oversee the potash handling process, by ensuring quality requirements and implementing correction actions as needed, timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Prepare daily shift reports and provide recommendations to facilitate operations.
• Ensure compliance with APC quality, environmental, health & safety standards.
• Conduct hazard assessments and risk control to maintain a safe working environment.
• Solve operational problems to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates and prepare periodic reports on operations.
• Identify human resources requirements and recommend training needs.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage administrative affairs of subordinates.
