Your expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier candidates will be crucial in supporting our growth and maintaining our high standards of excellence. What You’ll Need Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Administer technology-specific assessment tests and perform reference checks. Write effective and compelling job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers. Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities. Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information is captured and maintained in the Recruitment Management System. What You’ll Need Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 4 years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring for various technical roles. Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and influence candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in using various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and networking. Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and platforms.
