This position is responsible for fostering an engaging, inclusive workplace culture, driving employee satisfaction initiatives, and supporting key HR areas, such as talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations.Key Responsibilities: Design and execute initiatives to improve the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding, Employee Benefits, Training Support in leading employee feedback, including Great Place to Work surveys, , and help in implementing action plans to enhance workplace satisfaction. Support in developing strategies to enhance employee wellness, recognition, and work-life balance programs. Promote an inclusive company culture through diversity, equity Organize culture-building activities, including team-building events and employee recognition programs. Collaborate with the TA Team to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Participate in interviews and candidate assessments in Jordan Branch, ensuring alignment with cultural and organizational values. Helped identify training needs and worked with the L&D team to deliver relevant learning programs. Support the implementation of leadership development and mentorship programs. Help in Promoting a culture of continuous learning by curating relevant resources and opportunities for employees. Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues. Support initiatives to align individual goals with organizational objectives. Update and implement HR policies and programs that align with business goals and enhance the employee experience. Lead initiatives such as flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, and career development planning. Ensure all policies comply with labor laws and company standards. Partner with HR operations to ensure seamless processes in employee data management, payroll, and benefits administration. Provide support for audits and compliance-related activities. Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership. Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and smooth transitions for employees. Act as a trusted advisor during times of transformation, addressing employee concerns and fostering understanding. Serve as a bridge between employees and management to ensure open communication and address concerns proactively. Mentor and guide junior HR team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
