Senior Software Engineer (IOS)

About the job As a Senior IOS Developer at Aspire, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge iOS applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the evolution of our mobile technology stack.

What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end development of high-quality iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
  
• Ensure the performance, responsiveness, and stability of applications.
  
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing mobile applications.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior iOS developers.
  
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in iOS development.
  
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the mobile application development process.
  
• Collaborate with QA teams to implement effective testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
  
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  
• Implement performance optimization and memory management techniques.
  
• Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of existing iOS applications.
  

• Bachelor's  degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior iOS Engineer, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered iOS applications.
  
• Expertise in Swift and Objective-C programming languages.
  
• Solid understanding of iOS architecture, frameworks, and design patterns.
  
• Proficiency in using iOS SDK, Xcode, and Interface Builder.
  
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for iOS development is a plus.
