Position Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing long-lasting relationships with healthcare organizations. You will leverage your knowledge of medical software and CRM tools to consult with prospects, identify their needs, and close deals. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3 to 4 years of experience in sales within the medical software space to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the medical software market


Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in the healthcare sector


Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction


Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients


Understand and address client needs, and provide tailored software solutions


Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales performance


Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives


Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs


Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics

Senior Sales Executive – Medical Software


Job Type: Full-Time


Qualifications:


3 to 4 years of sales experience in the medical software or healthcare technology industry


Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets


Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its software needs


Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads, track customer interactions, and forecast sales


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers


Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills


Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (preferred)
