Qualifications:
3 to 4 years of sales experience in the medical software or healthcare technology industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its software needs
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads, track customer interactions, and forecast sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (preferred)
