Job Description
As a Senior Project Lead at Tarjama&, you will efficiently manage all assigned client projects to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and repeat revenue growth. You will use effective written and verbal communication to ensure project teams understand the scope, complexity, and client expectations for all projects while keeping clients fully informed about the progress, status, and financial aspects of their projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Manage larger and more complex projects and accounts to ensure client satisfaction and achieve profit goals, securing repeat business and adding value.
- Plan projects and implement best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct risk assessments and strategically plan activities to minimize potential issues.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and procedures to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Support the implementation of project management processes and tools to enhance our capabilities and continuously improve practices.
Client Relationship Management:
- Work closely with the commercial team to expand business opportunities by delivering high-quality services within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and proactively addressing client issues (internally & externally) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, freelancers, and internal team members both verbally and in writing.
- Host and lead conference calls with clients and team members.
- Monitor client development progress and report to the Team Leader and other stakeholders with relevant information to assist with account mapping.
Financial Management:
- Manage the financial aspects of assigned accounts including monthly financial reporting in terms of, budget revenue delivery, weekly project budget management, and achieving account profitability targets in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.
- Compile estimates and proposals, and closely monitor and control project finances through budgets, invoicing, and change orders.
Mentorship and Guidance
- Serve as the main contact for junior members in the event of project queries and/or concerns.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their professional growth and helping them align with objectives through one-on-one sessions and progress documentation.
- Hold regular project meetings, document the discussions, and distribute minutes and action items to the team.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, industrial engineering, or any related field.
- (4-6) years of experience in managing projects in varied complexities with high-revenue clients, with at least 2 years in the localization industry.
- Experience in improving and/or increasing revenue within key accounts and client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure that high-quality standards are maintained.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities and changing demands.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills including the collection, management, and presentation of data.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Experience working with TMS and CAT tools is essential.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
- Essential fluency in both English & Arabic.
- An additional language would be advantageous.
