Senior Payroll Specialist
Amman External Teams – Financial Operations / Contract Full time / Hybrid
Job Summary Accountable for processing monthly payroll for large companies accurately and in a timely manner, managing country-specific profiles (especially outside the region), and maintaining the clients' database using SQL. +
Policies, Processes and Procedures: Follow relevant policies, processes, and procedures for controlled and consistent work.

Day-to-Day: Complete daily departmental operations to ensure timely work completion.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with other departments for accurate information capture and alignment.
Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Knowledge: Fluent in English; deep knowledge of HR, Mena HRMS, Mena Pay, and relevant country regulations.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience.

Technical Competencies: Proficient in Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, Word, and presentation skills.
