MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Officer - IT (on Hybrid working modules basis) with the following tasks and responsibilities:
Your Job
·Day-to-day responsibility for solving all reported issues related to the operation of all company business applications.
·Establishing effective working relationships with MedNet International (MNI) members to ensure that the system problems and required modifications are reported effectively along with following up with them to make sure that all reported issues are solved.
·Act as the local expert of the core business applications; solve any related user queries via system analysis within the corporate guidelines and/or forward complex issues to the corporate IT employees for prompt remediation.
·Ensure effective implementation of change requests to facilitate changing business operations.
·Participate in defining appropriate application set-up and processes to implement new business products and new initiatives.
·Define applications problems by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes and develop solutions to meet business requirements.
·Support in Identifying, understanding and planning for organizational and human impacts of planned systems in coordination with the deputy IT Manager, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets as per approved plan.
·Responsible of checking end user support privileges such as access on systems, devices, websites, etc. to make sure that these privileges in line with the assigned end user authority matrix.
Your Profile
·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
·Two to three years overall IT experience in educational field
·Experience in process and workflow management would be a plus.
·Knowledge of IT trends and developments
·Knowledge of the project management
·Knowledge of SQL queries and MySQL database systems is a plus.
·Knowledge of insurance industry operation is a plus.
·Good knowledge in policies and procedures documentation and skills.
·Good knowledge in workflow and processes drawing and analysis.
·Structured, analytical and results oriented approach
