Job Description
As a Senior IT Operations Engineer at Deriv, you’ll maintain critical infrastructure that powers trading for millions of users worldwide. You’ll manage our extensive network of 1,400+ workstations, on-premise servers, and network infrastructure across four continents. Join our team in Jordan to ensure seamless operations while working with cutting-edge technologies.
On a given day, you will:
Manage and optimise IT operations across 24 global offices
Configure and troubleshoot network equipment and security systems
Implement and maintain MDM, SSO, IAM, and ZTNA solutions
Participate in DR and security exercises
Rotate as a security analyst with our NSOC team
Evaluate and implement new technologies
Collaborate with global teams on infrastructure projects
Ensure business continuity across all platforms

We would love to work with you if you:
Have 3+ years of IT operations experience
Show expertise with Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, JumpCloud, Cato Networks
Demonstrate strong network administration skills
Have experience with Fortigate Firewalls and HP/Aruba equipment
Are skilled in VPN, ZTNA, MDM, MFA technologies
Are an excellent communicator in English
Bring cloud technology experience (AWS, GCP preferred)
Have coding or database experience (preferred)
