We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designerto join our growing team!
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with strong international agency experience to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, managing design initiatives, and mentoring junior designers. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional visual solutions across multiple platforms. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with other departments to execute the brand vision and meet business objectives. Submitting a portfolio of previous work is a must, and shortlisted candidates will be assigned a task to evaluate their skills.

responsibilities
- Lead the design of creative solutions for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Manage and execute complex design projects, from concept to production, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Design and develop visual assets, including logos and elements of corporate identity, that align with brand vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, copywriting, and product teams to ensure design solutions are aligned with overall brand and business strategies.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all marketing channels and company materials.
- Design and produce high-quality presentations, marketing collateral, advertisements, social media assets.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions, providing innovative ideas and solutions to design challenges.
- Ensure all design projects are optimized for both print and digital environments.
- Review and finalize design work to ensure technical accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay up to date with current design trends, software advancements, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects at once while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and contribute to a collaborative and positive creative environment.
Day-to-Day Jobs:
- Lead the design and execution of visual assets for advertising campaigns, social media, websites, brochures, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to refine and elevate design concepts.
- Design and prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper formats, resolution, and color accuracy.
- Create high-quality presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) for internal and client meetings.
- Maintain a cohesive and updated library of design templates, assets, and resources for the team.
- Assist with client presentations, articulating design concepts and solutions effectively.
- Evaluate design performance and suggest improvements to optimize designs for business impact.
- Provide leadership in setting design standards and workflows for the creative team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

At least 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing original design work for various platforms (print, digital, and multimedia), including logo design and corporate identity work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency in motion design software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand identity development.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of print and digital production processes, including pre-press preparation.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in English is required, both written and verbal, for effective communication with the team.
- A portfolio of previous work is a must.
- A test will be assigned as part of the interview process to evaluate your design skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with UX/UI design, web design, or app design.
- Familiarity with 3D design, animation, or video editing software.
- Ability to think creatively and solve design problems from a strategic perspective.
