The Senior Graphic Designer at Tarjama& is responsible for creating innovative and impactful designs that align with Tarjama&’s brand standards and communication goals. This role involves contributing to the go-to-market approach and collaborating with various departments to produce high-quality visuals across multiple media. The Senior Graphic Designer plays a key role in developing visually engaging materials, both print and digital, and supports Tarjama&’s social media and event strategies while ensuring brand consistency.
• Contribute to the go-to-market approach, positioning, and messaging for product market adoption.
• Conceptualize visual elements based on project requirements and produce rough drafts, presenting innovative design ideas. • Develop creative concepts aligned with client guidelines and articulate a compelling story behind the designs to ensure cohesive and meaningful visuals.
• Create a diverse range of designs, including illustrations, logos, and other visuals using software tools or traditional artistic methods. • Oversee the execution of DTP tasks, ensuring high-quality layout design, formatting, and delivery of print and digital materials.
• Review design briefs thoroughly to determine project requirements and assist in establishing project schedules and budget parameters. Cross-functional collaboration & Client Communication:
• Collaborate closely with the operations team (project managersfrom different verticals) to ensure alignment with project goals and brand standards.
• Maintain effective client communication to support project success and enhance client satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively to refine and finalize designs, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to budget constraints.
Media & Event Support:
• Adapt graphics for various media platforms, incorporating feedback for final approval.
• Provide design support for industry events by creating impactful and cohesive event materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to contribute to website design, enhancing brand engagement through digital assets such as landing pages, email templates, and advertisements. Brand Consistency & Development:
• Actively participate in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and design standards, ensuring consistency across all materials.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends and integrate innovative approaches into design projects. Social Media & Digital Presence:
• Support the Marketing team in social media strategy by creating visually compelling and engaging graphics to enhance the brand’s online presence.
• Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or any other related field.
• (3-5) years of proven experience in graphic design.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Proven experience with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. (After Effects is a Plus).
• Proven experience in developing creative concepts aligned with client requirements/ Branding.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent level of proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
