Purpose of the Job

Job Description
  • Daily follow-up and support to the Middle-Mile KPIs operational excellence, leveraging systems and processes to maximize the operations' efficiency and productivity. 
  • Statistical/Analytical skills to study data, analyze trends.
  • Analyze data on actual performance against target and provide action plan to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Supporting ramex stations to achieve service excellence based on Aramex standard procedure.
  • Work side by side with the digital transformation team to align the Middle-mile digital transformation plan with all network stations. 
  • Prepare and arrange system training sessions and ensure ground operations resources have the needed knowledge to perform their work.
  • Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Conduct thorough research to support the feasibility and potential impact of new ideas.
  • Background in data visualization using BI tools is a plus


Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s in industrial engineering.
  • 1 - 3 Years of experience in the same field.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.
  • Analytical and problem-solving Skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
