Job Description
- Daily follow-up and support to the Middle-Mile KPIs operational excellence, leveraging systems and processes to maximize the operations' efficiency and productivity.
- Statistical/Analytical skills to study data, analyze trends.
- Analyze data on actual performance against target and provide action plan to solve problems and improve processes.
- Supporting ramex stations to achieve service excellence based on Aramex standard procedure.
- Work side by side with the digital transformation team to align the Middle-mile digital transformation plan with all network stations.
- Prepare and arrange system training sessions and ensure ground operations resources have the needed knowledge to perform their work.
- Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct thorough research to support the feasibility and potential impact of new ideas.
- Background in data visualization using BI tools is a plus
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s in industrial engineering.
- 1 - 3 Years of experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.
- Analytical and problem-solving Skills.
- Team spirit.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
