Job Description
Purpose and Scope of PositionThe Salesforce
Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support,
maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. This role will work closely
with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to
identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.Key
ResponsibilitiesSystem
Configuration and MaintenanceoPerform Salesforce
configuration changes, including but not limited to: user setup, profiles and
roles, custom objects, new fields, page layouts, workflows, process builder,
and validation rules.oDevelop and
maintain reports and dashboards to ensure data visibility and business
intelligence.oEnsure data
integrity by performing regular data audits and validation, including data
cleansing.User Support and
TrainingoProvide user
training and support to ensure effective use of the platform.oCreate and
maintain training materials and documentation for users and administrators.System EnhancementoWork with
stakeholders to define business requirements, processes, and objectives to scope
projects and deliverables.oEvaluate and
implement new Salesforce features and functionalities to optimize platform
efficiency and effectiveness.oCollaborate with
IT and other departments to manage integrations with other systems and
third-party applications.Compliance and
Best PracticesoEnsure compliance
with company policies and procedures as well as industry standards.oStay updated on
Salesforce best practices and product updates, and advocate for their
implementation within the organization.Project ManagementoLead and manage
projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resources, and
ensure timely delivery.RequirementsTECHNICAL SKILLSStrong
understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalityProficiency with
Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security
controls.Experience with
data management, data modelling, and data transformationFamiliarity with
Apex, Visual force, and Salesforce APIs is a plusMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s
Degree in Computer Science or related fieldSalesforce
Administrator certificationMinimum of 2
years of experience as a Salesforce AdministratorExcellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong
communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrated
ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyExperience in
