Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all.


We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.


We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.


About the Role:


As the Sales Team Lead at Jeeny, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of 20 sales agents dedicated to signing up potential drivers to join Jeeny's platform. This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of Jeeny's driver network across various cities. You will oversee the team's day-to-day operations, ensure KPI achievement, and create a high-energy, results-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Management & Motivation: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 20 sales agents, ensuring high engagement and morale. Provide daily performance feedback and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and execute driver acquisition strategies by managing outreach campaigns, sales pitches, and persuasive tactics to effectively convert leads into drivers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set clear KPIs for the team, monitor individual and team performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets. Regularly report on metrics like conversion rate, call quality, and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve the sales skills and product knowledge of team members, ensuring they are equipped to handle objections and effectively communicate Jeeny’s value proposition.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the driver acquisition process, provide actionable insights to improve call quality and conversion, and work with senior management to streamline workflows.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to Jeeny’s guidelines and local regulations. Conduct quality audits to maintain high standards in calls and documentation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, lead statuses, and driver profiles within the CRM system, ensuring transparency and data accuracy.
