Job Description

Job Title: Sales Specialist


Sales and Business Development:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for molecular diagnostics and life science products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Field Activity:

  • Conduct regular customer visits across multiple segments.
  • Provide on-site product demonstrations and training.

Professional Conduct:

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Work under pressure while being productive and efficient.

Administrative Duties:

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, Genetic Engineering, or Biology.
  2. Has at least 2 years of experience in sales for Molecular Diagnostics and/or Life Science with a proven track record of success.
  3. Has a valid driving license and owns a car.
  4. Owns and practices professional selling skills.
  5. Has a distinguished sales record to be supported by references.
  6. Has an excellent attitude in the workplace and with customers.
  7. Committed to excellence and to building a strong name for the company he works for, the brands he represents, and for himself.
  8. Committed to field activity and visiting multiple customer segments.
  9. Productive and capable of working under pressure.
