Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree. Upper intermediate level of English. Good communication skills. Data Management Skills. Analytical Skills. Details Oriented. Compliance and Security Awareness. Able to lead and manage sales systems and cross-functional projects. Able to travel if necessary (domestic and international). Potential to be promoted to key sales roles in the country. Openness to change & diversity. Ability to work in a team. Quality orientation & result oriented. Computer programs (MS Office, FIT, SAP). Sales Skills. Negotiation Skills.

What We Expect
Follow up the SFE projects in other countries/bottlers. Management of report demands. Systemic identification process of Jordan`s main customer and product data. Work closely with HR and operating sales units/functions within the Sales Department to redesign the jobs of the sales reps and create new roles if necessary in order to achieve the Time in Outlet Target. Manage Sales and Distribution Routes to achieve the SFE Targets (Unscheduled Calls, Call Completion and Strike Rate Targets) Prepare monthly (Top KA, Brand and Pack Sales, MCD Sales, Coolers Efficiency, Coolers in Passive Outlets, Sales for Targets), weekly (ACCB Penetration Report, SFE Report, Verification Report), daily (DSR, Sales Report, ID Sales Report, DD Sales Report, Penetration Report, Telsell Report) reports. Work closely with HR and operating sales units/functions within the Sales Department to redesign the jobs of the sales reps and create new roles, if necessary, to achieve the time in outlet target. Create, update, and manage master data records & Maintain standard operating procedures for master data management. Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data quality & Implement tools or process for monitoring data integrity. Generate reports to support decision-making & Analyze trends in master data to identify improvement opportunities. Investigate and resolve data-related issues and Act as the point of contact for master data inquiries.
