Sales Intern provides hands-on support to the sales team while gaining practical experience in sales processes and strategies. This role mainly assists in supporting sales efforts, CRM management, market research and prospecting, while collaborating with different teams like Marketing and Product Management and learning sales techniques. 



Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and prospecting activities. 
  • Support the sales process by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and coordinating meetings with clients and prospects. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales strategies. 
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. 
  • Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development. 
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral, including sales scripts, email templates, and marketing materials. 
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 
     

 Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management or related field
  • Strong interest in customer-facing jobs
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Excel is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges
