About the job Sales Development Representative

About Us:


Aumet is a leading provider in the healthcare industry, specializing in digital solutions that streamline processes between medical distributors and pharmacies. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the adoption of our innovative healthcare applications among pharmacies.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct on-site visits to pharmacies to introduce and promote for Marketplace 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy clients.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our digital solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales in healthcare sectors in Jordan, minimum of two years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • A background in Pharmacy is a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
  • Owns a car.
