We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities and excellent client service. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales team in daily operations, including handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining client records.
Coordinate and follow up on contracts, reservations, and sales reports.
Assist in organizing sales events, site inspections, and client meetings.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain an updated database of corporate accounts and group bookings.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a Sales or Administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
A proactive and customer-focused approach.
