Job Description
As a Sales Coordinator at the National Aerosol Packaging Company, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring efficient order processing. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Order Management:
Receive and register customer orders and sales representatives' requests in the system. Distribute orders to relevant departments and ensure timely processing.
Customer Interaction:
Record customer and sales representative notes on orders, such as delivery dates or special specifications. Follow up with customers through the company's social media platforms.
Sales Coordination:
Coordinate sales orders with warehouses to ensure accurate preparation and delivery. Monitor vehicle movements using the GPS system and report on sales representatives' activities.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit reports on sales representatives' movements and activities. File invoices in numerical order and ensure proper documentation.
Issue Resolution:
Report system malfunctions immediately to management and relevant departments. Coordinate the distribution driver's schedule and arrange delivery appointments for wholesale market orders.
Team Support:
Act as a liaison between sales representatives, production, and warehouse departments. Perform any additional tasks related to sales as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in sales or a related field
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in the same field
Skills:
Proficient in time management and organization Strong computer skills Effective problem-solving abilities Motivational and team management skills Excellent communication skills with various personality types Ability to multitask Knowledge of general sales principles
Language Proficiency:
Arabic: Very good proficiency English: Good proficiency
Working Hours
Days: 6 days a week (Saturday to Thursday)
Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
