Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Rubber Lining Supervisor to join our team.

The Rubber Lining Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing rubber lining operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of rubber lining technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rubber lining applications, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate rubber lining projects, including surface preparation, application, and quality inspections.

2. Ensure that rubber lining work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

3. Manage a team of rubber lining technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

4. Schedule and prioritise rubber lining tasks to meet project deadlines and requirements.

5. Inspect work areas and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to coordinate rubber lining activities.

7. Maintain inventory of rubber lining materials and equipment, and oversee procurement as needed.

8. Conduct regular quality control checks and ensure that work meets industry standards.

9. Prepare reports on project progress, material usage, and any issues encountered during rubber lining operations.

10. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the rubber lining team.


Requirements- Bachelor's degree in any  related field.

- Candidate  should  have  Experince   in DAP (Diammonia Plant).

- Experience  in the  same  position not  less  than 5  years .

- Work Location : Turaif or Ras Alkhair, KSA
