The Revenue Operations Team at CEQUENS is crucial for optimizing revenue generation processes and supporting the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success strategies


The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the revenue generation processes within the organization. This role entails streamlining operations across the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. The specialist will analyze data, optimize workflows, and implement tools and systems to enhance revenue performance. This post is based in Jordan in a remote role.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Management and Analysis:


·        Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, marketing, and customer data to inform strategic decisions.


·        Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).


·        Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM and other related systems.


·        Process Optimization:


·        Identify and implement improvements in revenue-related processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and document workflows.


·        Monitor and refine lead management processes, ensuring seamless handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success.


Systems and Tools Management:


·        Administer and optimize CRM systems and other revenue-related tools.


·        Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to support revenue operations.


·        Provide training and support to team members on system usage and best practices.


·        Performance Monitoring and Reporting:


·        Develop and maintain reporting structures to track performance against targets.


·        Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.


·        Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and procedures.


Collaboration and Communication:


·        Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align goals and strategies.


·        Facilitate regular meetings to review performance metrics and discuss improvements.


·        Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure consistent and effective communication.


Project Management:


·        Lead and participate in projects aimed at enhancing revenue operations.


·        Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations for assigned projects.


·        Track and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


·        Qualifications:


·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.


·        Experience: 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
