Job Description

 

  • Regularly review bookings to detect instances where passengers are booked into incorrect behavior.
  • Review and monitor flagged bookings that haven't been automatically verified due to possible abuse or technical issues.
  • Decide on actions to take for flagged bookings or specify an alternative solution using the system.
  • Analyze past transactions to spot missed revenue opportunities and provide insights to avoid similar losses in the future.
  • Analyze booking trends to detect any unusual patterns or discrepancies that could affect revenue integrity.
  • Prepare and present revenue integrity reports, highlighting key trends, potential revenue risks, and areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management and Sales teams to address sources of revenue leakage.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service and Security teams to follow procedure of unruly passengers' definition.
  • Coordinate with system vendor to escalate the system issues and test resolved issues for upgraded system version.
