Job Description

Reservation Supervisor 


Assist with managing the guest reservation’s function including but not limited to advanced room reservations and group coordination service to ensure prompt service, productivity, and maximize hotel profitability.  Serve as Reservations Manager in his/her absence.


A little taste of your day-to-day


Every day is differentbut you’ll mostly be:


  • Interact with outside contacts:
    • Guests, visitors – to ensure their total satisfaction
    • Other contacts as needed (Other hotels, travel and tour representatives, professional organizations, community groups) 
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.  Monitor group reservation activity daily and communicate status with sales department.  Follow up on tentative sales bookings with respective sales staff to update status. Communicate fluctuations in room occupancy to operations so that appropriate staffing adjustments and efficiencies are maintained.
  • Assist in ensuring all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.

What we need from you


  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills 
  • Business language and tools acumen 
  • Bachelor's Degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in hospitality or related field 
  • 3+ years total experience in a Reservation setting or related field
  • Must speak local language(s) 
  • Position may have additional qualifications per brand standard
