Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Business Developer to join our team. This is a fully remote position requiring a highly motivated self-starter with exceptional sales experience and business development skills. The ideal candidate is a great closer, skilled in identifying opportunities, engaging with corporate clients and agencies, and closing deals that drive growth for The Mirkaz.

If you’re proactive, passionate, and excel at brainstorming and refining strategies, this is the role for you.


  • Corporate Engagement:
  • Research and contact corporate entities to pitch customized podcasting solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Develop creative ideas that support clients’ corporate messaging, internal communication, and CSR initiatives.
  • Agency Collaboration:
  • Connect with marketing and advertising agencies, showcasing The Mirkaz as a third-party podcast production provider.
  • Negotiate deals and build partnerships to position The Mirkaz in agency campaigns.
  • Sales and Closing Deals:
  • Use provided client databases and conduct independent research to identify new leads.
  • Reach out to key decision-makers, present proposals, and close deals with corporates and agencies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Strategic Input:
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the Mirkaz team, providing feedback and suggesting improvements to packages and services.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine offerings based on market insights.
  • Account Management:
  • Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.
