Preparation and dispatching of all MENA Regulatory Affairs Department activities (New registration, Renewal, Variations, answering Deficiency letters) as per the current requirements and regulations, and according to RA MENA KPIs.
Follow up and coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs Department in Amman, Tabuks’ Depts. and Company Agents’ to fulfill RA Department’s KPIs.
Work as per the communicated plan, timelines and priorities within RA MENA dept.
Characterize, Prepare and dispatch files/documents for different activities at RA (i.e. New Registration, Re-Registration and variations) as per the approved requirements.
Responded to any deficiencies which may appear on the submitted files/documents.
Follow obtaining all needed docs. /Items to serve the dispatch plan.
Handle any separate task assigned by the direct manager to serve RA MENA KPIs.
To write letters and emails in a professional manner, handle files dispatching process (couriers), maintain filing system as per RA MENA system, prepare some report as per job requirements
