Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of Procapita Group's products and services, including their features, benefits, and value proposition.
Identify and pursue leads, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to senior executives, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
Collaborate closely with technical teams and internal stakeholders to understand and address customer needs.
Develop pricing proposals that are competitive and aligned with client needs and market dynamics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of success with 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in e-sales, with a focus on the GCC or MENA region.
Strong understanding of CRM practices and experience with CRM software.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor presentations to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
