Description: Minimum of 10 years, solid experience in Recruitment Building a culture of excellence and setting clear objectives for talent acquisition. Oversees the duties of job analysis and job descriptions creation and updating. According to Company HR processes and polices. Budget preparation and review for our annual recruitment program. Engage in recruitment events to raise awareness of company. Participate in career fairs and other similar events. Lead employment branding initiatives. Provide effective leadership for and manage talent acquisition staff with accordance agreed standards, policies, and procedures to ensure effective resource management.
