Objectives of this Role


The Quality Control Manager will oversee and manage the quality control process and ensure that products and services adhere to company standards and customer specifications. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Investigate customer complaints and develop strategies for resolution and prevention
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
