Job Description
As a QA Supervisor at Tamatem, you will lead the quality assurance team, ensuring that our games meet the highest standards of quality through rigorous testing processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing testing operations, mentoring QA team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve issues efficiently. You will play a key role in improving our testing methodologies and ensure consistency across products.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of the QA team, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Ensure the timely resolution of bugs and issues, collaborating closely with developers and product teams.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, providing updates to management.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate training for QA team members.
- Coordinate and execute both manual and automated testing strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the QA processes.
- Maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including test results and defect reports.
